September 12–17, 2025
Five days in old growth forest of Washington State for the woman ready to let something go.
Ancient forest. Cold rivers. A coastline that feels like the edge of the world.
This retreat uses the land as a co-facilitator. You'll move through it, sit with it, and let it do what wild places do... strip away what isn't real and return you to what is.

Every Wild Passage retreat follows a ceremonial arc. You won't just move through activities, you'll move through something.
Settle in. Meet the land and the women you'll be held by. The evening opens with a welcome ceremony — a threshold crossing that marks the beginning of the passage. This night is about arrival, not agenda.
The work begins. Morning somatic practice. Circle in the afternoon — the first real one, where what's true starts to surface. An evening fire to begin the process of naming what you've been carrying.
The longest day and the most interior. Nature immersion in the old growth forest. A grief tending ceremony in the afternoon. This is the day most women describe as the hardest — and the one they remember most.
Something shifts. Morning breathwork. Integration circle. An afternoon of unstructured time — for journaling, walking, sitting with what's moved through you. The evening holds space for what wants to emerge.
The work of becoming. A closing ceremony that marks the threshold — the crossing from who you arrived as to who you're stepping into. Lighter. Clearer. Changed in ways you'll keep discovering.
A slow morning. Final breakfast together. Space to say what needs saying before you return to your life — with everything you came here carrying, transformed.
Every Wild Passage retreat is held by a carefully chosen team. For the Olympic Peninsula, you'll be working with these women.
Trained in the Francis Weller lineage of grief work, Dahlia has facilitated grief circles and threshold ceremonies for over a decade. Her work is rooted in the belief that grief, fully felt, is one of the most liberating forces available to us. She leads the ceremonial elements across select Wild Passage retreats.
She created Wild Passage from her own threshold experience and has held over 200 women through this work. She leads the circle, holds the arc of the retreat, and is present from your first morning to your last.

"I'm not someone who does retreats. I don't really believe in crystals or group hugs. But something made me say yes — and what I found was rigorous, grounded, and genuinely transformative in a way I'm still integrating six months later."

"I was worried I'd be the most broken one in the room. That I'd take up too much space, cry too much, need too much. Instead I found twelve women who were all carrying something real — and for the first time in years I didn't have to hold any of it alone."
Olympic Peninsula Retreat

"I almost talked myself out of it three times. The price felt like a lot. The timing felt impossible. And it was the most important five days of the last decade of my life. I came in holding a grief I hadn't named yet. I left knowing exactly what I was releasing — and what I was stepping into."
